We do not automatically add people who submit an inquiry to an email-marketing list. We use their contact information to respond to and follow up on the request they submitted.

Our website and forms are hosted or supported by Wix, which may process visitor information on our behalf. More information is available in the Wix Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws.

6. Data Retention

We generally retain contact-form submissions and related inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after the last interaction.

If an inquiry results in an active project, contract, investment, or other business relationship, we may retain the relevant information for the duration of that relationship and afterward as reasonably necessary for contractual, accounting, insurance, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

We generally retain user-level and event-level Google Analytics data for up to 14 months. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained for longer when it no longer reasonably identifies an individual.

We may retain information for longer when required by law, necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or needed to investigate fraud or security incidents.

7. International Data Transfers

Sunflow operates internationally, and our employees and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your country of residence.

Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, or other safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use care when deciding what information to submit online.

Sunflow does not sell personal information or share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We may require proof that the agent has authority to act on the individual’s behalf.

10. Business and Adult Audience

The Sites are intended for businesses, professionals, and adults. They are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through one of the Sites, contact us at info@sunflow.io so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
